Orientation and Training

Orientation training is completed in the first week of employement. Orientation trainings are planned by the Human Resources Department and are carried out by the managers with regard to Health and Safety, Human Resources , Information Technology , Financial Affairs, Sales Support, Production and Technical Marketing procedures.

The development of our employees is also supported by the annual training plan. The annual training plan includes training required by the employee as a result of annual potential assessment interviews and compulsory training on OHS, Environment and ADR.

Sales and training courses are held twice a year for sales team, covering existing and new products, marketing, service quality, customer relations, strategic decision making and executive development.

The detailed performance evaluations of all trainings are carried out in accordance with established procedures and act with the philosophy of continuous improvement.
